Each client company has a Strategic Consultant who defines the strategy and required team. You’ll also have a Project Director as your direct liaison, guiding you through each phase and sharing all necessary information. Even if the client speaks a different language, your manager will represent your work in the appropriate language.

Payment terms depend on the type of project:

• Technical work (e.g., web design or development): milestone payments (30% at start, 30% mid-project, 40% on delivery).
• Call center and customer service agents: periodic payments every two weeks.
• Sales roles: commission-based payments, typically bi-weekly or monthly.

Terms are always clear from the start so you know exactly how and when you’ll be compensated.

Yes. You’ll sign a collaboration agreement where your services, responsibilities, and working terms are clearly defined.

• If you are self-employed in Spain, your invoice must include 21% VAT plus the applicable IRPF withholding.
• If you are an international collaborator, your local tax regulations apply.
